Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Inventory/Logistics Leader for a food manufacturing and distribution operation in North Carolina. The role requires driving accurate material flow, inventory integrity, and timely shipments.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, perform cycle counts, maintain ERP records, and partner with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, and Production to meet GMP and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse in food manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong ERP experience and ability to update and reconcile data.
• Excellent inventory control and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound shipments (receiving, documentation, labeling, storage)
• Manage outbound finished goods and ensure timely, accurate shipments
• Monitor consumables inventory and communicate reorder needs
• Partner with Customer Service to arrange transportation and shipments
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, and Production teams
• Support GMP compliance and audit readiness
