Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high‑volume, temperature‑controlled distribution center near San Antonio. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring accurate receiving, picking, and dispatch while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You will manage a diverse team across two shifts, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision.
• AA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted).
• Knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across two shifts in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Ensure timely receiving, picking, and dispatch with food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity across all warehouse processes.
• Communicate clearly with your team, set expectations, and keep operations aligned.
• Track KPIs, complete reports (logs, timecards, damage, productivity), and act on data.
• Plan labor and equipment to meet dynamic operational demands.
• Work collaboratively across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Supervisor –San Antonio 2

What You’ll Do

You'll lead a team that moves fast, handles complexity, and delivers with excellence. As Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for guiding day-to-day operations in a high-volume distribution center serving iconic quick-service restaurant brands. In This Role, You’ll

• Lead warehouse operations across two shifts, overseeing associates in a temperature-controlled environment
• Ensure timely receiving, picking, and dispatch of goods while maintaining food safety and quality standards
• Monitor productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity across all warehouse processes
• Communicate clearly and regularly with your team,setexpectations and keeping operations aligned
• Track KPIs, complete reports (logs, timecards, damage, productivity), and act based on the data
• Plan labor and equipment need to meet dynamic operational demands
• Work collaboratively across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision
• AA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted), forklift instructor certification a plus
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices
• Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping)
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency

The Schedule & Setting

• Full-time, on-site supervisory role in a temperature-controlled warehouse
• Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service
