Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate in Minnesota. You will move, pick, load/unload, and manage shipments in a multi-temperature, on-site facility, with safety and accuracy as priorities.

You'll work with RF scanners and warehouse systems, in a team-focused environment, with weekly pay and benefits after probation. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience required.
• Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck.
• Experience in a freezer/cooler environment (-5°F to 38°F).
• Physically active role with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Load and unload trailers; secure pallets for shipment.
• Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments.

In This Role, You'll

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time.

• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
• Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments

What You'll Bring

• Must havewarehouse experience
• Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck
• Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scannerspreferred

Schedule & Setting

• Sunday to Thursday from 6:30 am to 5 pm
• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:-5°F to 38°F)
• Must be available to work at night, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Must be able to work until all loading tasks are completed

Pay & Benefits

• $23.23/hr, not including pay for performance (PFP)
• After your 90-day probation period, the pay will increase to$25.34/hr.Not including pay for performance (PFP)
• Weekly pay(every Friday)
