Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is hiring for a full-time, on-site warehouse role in Albuquerque, NM. You will work in a multi-temperature environment, loading, picking, and shipping products with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Expect a 4-day work week, starting at 6:00AM, with weekends and holidays required. Pay starts at $20.26 per hour with benefits including health, dental, and vision after hire, plus 401(k) and uniforms/work shoes.

• 2 yrs of Electrical Pallet Jack experience.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems.
• Ability to operate in a multi-temperature warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly - from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Role You’ll:

• Safely operate material handling equipment: need 2yrs of experience using Electric Pallet Jack
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

What You’ll Bring

• Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• 2yrs of Electrical Pallet Jack
• Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting and documentation
• Use of voice-directed picking system to accurately select and prepare customer orders
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5°F to 38°F)
• Shift: Primarily a 4-day work week, starting at 6:00AM
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods
