Warehouse Supervisor (Temp-Perm Opportunity)

Note: Must be open to working OT, 10-hour shifts, and Saturdays during peak season. There is potential to earn higher wages during this time.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise warehouse pickers and put-away employees, ensuring accurate record-keeping of new inventory.
2. Oversee daily workflow of packing, palletizing, and shipping of POs.
3. Manage staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs.
4. Coordinate with receiving, inventory, and shipping personnel to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
5. Motivate, coach, and enforce safety guidelines among staff.
6. Plan and schedule tasks based on order volume.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow independently.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
