About the PositionThe Warehouse Supervisor provides operational leadership and ensures efficient, customer-focused performance in a demanding order fulfillment environment where excellence is expected. This position oversees all warehouse functions, including inventory control, employee development, workflow coordination, and compliance with company goals & policies. The Warehouse Supervisor drives continuous improvement, fosters a collaborative team culture, and ensures that processes, people, and resources are aligned to deliver exceptional service and support the company’s strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport strategic warehouse operational goals.Perform HR-related administrative duties, including scheduling, documentation, and personnel coordination.Lead, supervise, and support warehouse staff, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and issue resolution.Oversee employee training and development to ensure operational competence and regulatory compliance.Engage proactively with the customer to coordinate workflow, align scheduling, and support service expectations.Maintain strong professional relationships with customer personnel and internal stakeholders.Ensure accurate inventory control through proper storage practices and oversight of weekly and quarterly cycle counts.Prioritize and complete daily administrative and clerical tasks essential to warehouse operations.Ensure the warehouse and yard remain clean, organized, and consistently 'showroom ready.'Validate that all picked, packed, and shipped materials meet customer quality and accuracy standards.Oversee the verification and staging of customer materials to ensure timely order fulfillment.Record and maintain warehouse operational data, including daily safety and equipment inspections.Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed to support workflow.Maintain appropriate staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company procedures.Maintain appropriate and timely communication with Alliance Supervisor & Account Manager as applicable.QualificationsPrior Warehouse Supervisor or lead experience preferred.
