Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Caldwell, ID to oversee order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse operations. This role directs daily activities, schedules staff, and ensures inventory accuracy while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

You will coordinate deliveries, manage storage space, and provide input on coaching and performance. A high school diploma or GED and five years of related experience are required, with a valid driver's license

Warehouse SupervisorSUMMARY:The Warehouse Supervisor manages order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, delivery and warehouse functions. This position schedules, directs, and supervises warehouse employees. The Warehouse Supervisor assures inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Supervisor maintains forklifts and delivery truck maintenance and record keeping.
