White Cap is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy warehouse team, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. The role trains staff, manages performance, lifts up to 50 pounds, operates forklift, and coordinates delivery routes.

A Warehouse Supervisor at White Cap…

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.

• Assists in the warehouse as needed.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.

• May act as a manager and performs other duties as assigned.

• Generally has 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.

• Leadership experience.

• Spanish language proficiency.

• Leading a team of employees in picking orders, warehouse procedures, and directing workflow

• Managing delivery routes

• Managing drivers and delivery orders, ensuring by times and efficient routes
