White Cap in Washington is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our on-site facility. You will coach junior warehouse staff, drive performance, and champion a safe, efficient workflow to meet company goals.

This role requires leadership, forklift experience, and the ability to coordinate delivery routes and drivers. We offer competitive benefits, room for advancement, and a strong team culture.

• Assists in the warehouse as needed.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• May act as a manager and performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

A Warehouse Supervisor at White Cap…

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Manages and ensures achievement of performance goals and other policies & procedures.

• Assists in the warehouse as needed.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• May act as a manager and performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Leadership experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Leading a team of employees in picking orders, warehouse procedures, and directing workflow
• Managing delivery routes
• Managing drivers and delivery orders, ensuring by times and efficient routes

Pay Range

$22.00-$30.80 Hourly
