Quality Custom Distribution Phoenix is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, focusing on safety, accuracy, and timely shipping. You will schedule staff, monitor equipment, and ensure adherence to HACCP/DOT where applicable.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehouse or distribution operations with team supervision, proficiency with warehouse systems, barcoding, and timekeeping. Forklift instructor certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, implements, and monitors the day-to-day operations for the warehouse department to ensure that established objectives for shipping, product rotation, sanitation, safety, and timeliness are met or exceeded. (20%)
• Monitors loading, dispatch, and receiving times and making appropriate changes, ensuring compliance with QIP, HACCP, and DOT regulations. (15%)
• Routinely informs and communicates with employees to ensure compliance with established warehouse productivity, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures. (15%)
• Conduct daily/weekly audits use Pre-Operating Inspection forms, operational procedures and programs related to shipping and receiving and implement necessary improvements to achieve expectations for availability, storage, sanitation and security of inventory. (10%)
• Monitors and completes numerous computer-based and manual reports and related paperwork, including time records, daily logs, damage reports, etc. (10%)
• Monitors product damage and audits routes to ensure reliable product delivery. (5%)
• Plans and schedules manpower. (5%)
• Plans and coordinates vehicle and equipment maintenance and utilization reports. (5%)
• Conduct Safety Culture daily/weekly, and end of month observations. (5%)
• Maintain Equipment and maintain Pre-Trip maintenance. (5%)
• Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary. (5%)

Warehouse Supervisor – Phoenix, AZ

In This Role, You’ll:

Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse department, including administrative and clerical functions, to ensure efficient operations and a safe working environment.Schedules employees and monitors employee activities and equipment used to meet and exceed company objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision

Education/Certification:

• High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.
• Forklift instructor certification.

In This Role, You’ll:

The Schedule & Setting:

Onsite at QCD Phoenix - 1825 S 43rd Avenue, Suite C Phoenix, AZ 85009

Shift: Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Range (Base Pay): $71,095K + bonus
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
