Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating teams in an operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Lead and support daily warehouse and inventory operations to meet business objectives.
  • Set clear operational priorities and guide team performance to achieve results.
  • Monitor inventory levels, inventory positioning, and product movement to support customer demand and production requirements.

  • Maintain and improve inventory system data, including lead times, forecasting inputs, and product introductions.
  • Analyze inventory trends, forecasts, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
