Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facility cleanliness.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team performance; support employee development and enforce disciplinary procedures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Prepare reports on productivity, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse performance.
  • Coordinate with logistics companies and carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Comply with company policies and legal regulations regarding warehouse operations.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
Education / Training And Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Forklift certification (preferred or required depending on site).
  • Highly desirable: previous warehouse experience, OSHA certifications
