Job Description:

Maniere de Voir is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse operations, including packing, picking, goods in, dispatching, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the warehouse operations
• Oversee packing and picking processes
• Manage goods in and dispatching
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

• Warehouse Supervisor Tasks:
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Train and mentor warehouse staff
• Implement and maintain safety protocols
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in warehouse operations
• Supervise the team
• Manage inventory and goods in
• Release picks, supervise KPIs, and maintain warehouse production standards
• Efficient collection (picking) and packaging of customer-ordered products
• Prepare for dispatching and receive and unpack incoming shipments
• Restock shelves with precision and care
• Ensure that warehouse items are transported to the correct location

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse management or a related field
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
