Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse or logistics with people management.
• Hands-on pick and pack experience in a warehouse.
• Experience in food service, cold chain, or distribution.
• ERP or warehouse management systems experience; Odoo a plus.
• Hands-on, on-the-floor leadership style.
• Clear communicator able to lead through change and hold people accountable with respect.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're hiring experienced Warehouse Supervisors to lead our warehouse and logistics operations at our Coney Island, Brooklyn facility across shifts. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and holds themselves and others to a high standard.

Depending on assignment, you'll own your shift. From receiving and storage through to outbound delivery — while developing your team, managing costs, and partnering with other departments and fellow Supervisors to keep the business running smoothly. If you lead with accountability, communicate clearly, and bring genuine energy to operational problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

Salary Range: $58,000 – $65,000 (Salaried, Exempt)

WHAT YOU'LL DOLead Daily Operations

• Manage all warehouse functions: receiving, storage, put-away, pick and pack, order fulfillment, truck loading, and outbound delivery.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for every warehouse function — and hold the team to them.
• Oversee implementation and day-to-day use of our ERP system (Odoo) and warehouse technology.
• Drive continuous improvement — always looking for smarter, faster, more efficient ways to operate.

Build & Develop Your Team

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members. This is a people-first leadership role.
• Implement company training programs including Riv C.A.R.E.S. and Train to Succeed.
• Model Riviera's culture and values every single day, including being a strong team player who works well with others — no room for attitude or ego on this team.
• Coordinate closely with fellow Supervisors and Warehouse Director across shifts to keep operations consistent and handoffs smooth.

Own Safety & Compliance

• Champion a zero-incident safety culture, lead by example, conduct daily spot checks, and act immediately on any concern.
• Audit safety programs in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Keep equipment, and facility in top operating condition; manage maintenance and repair schedules proactively.
• Maintain complete safety records, training logs, and incident documentation.
• Ensure proper handling, rotation, and temperature control of product in food, freezer, and refrigerator storage areas.
• Advise internal stakeholders on transportation costs and logistics impacts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience with direct people management responsibility.
• Hands-on experience with pick and pack processes in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience working in food service, cold chain, or distribution environments, including freezer and refrigerator storage conditions.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems; Odoo experience a plus.
• A hands-on leader — someone who is on the floor, visible, and engaged with the team.
• A true team player with a positive, collaborative attitude — no room for ego or drama.
• Clear communicator with the ability to lead through change and hold people accountable with respect.
• Food service, hospitality, or distribution industry background strongly preferred.
