POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Team Supervisor plans, directs, and controls all aspects of inventory movement in the New Castle warehouse and outbound. The role aims to increase profitability through excellent customer service, team development, quality improvement, and financial management activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly shipping quotas as defined by internal metrics.
• Monitor and manage variable costs based on revenue fluctuations to ensure warehouse goals are achieved.
• Manage high-level SKU operations using our integrated software platforms.
• Create and oversee outbound volume processes.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and ensure high-quality order fulfillment.
• Support all departments by aligning individual and team contributions, sharing information efficiently.
• Identify, implement, and evaluate new programs or enhancements to increase customer satisfaction.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address issues, conflicts, or dissatisfaction.
• Monitor and apply all internal quality standards and policies related to current systems.
