Job summary

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in a warehouse environment in Wisconsin. You will ensure adherence to policies and strategic objectives while overseeing daily operations and inventory controls.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining 5S and safety standards, managing the Warehouse Management System, and coordinating with other supervisors. This role reports to Carmen and is based in the SMC location.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills, with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Able to read tape measures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team and keeps policies, strategic objectives, and organizational goals as a high priority within that team.
• Provide on job training to Warehouse and Inventory control Associates to achieve maximum potential and retain a motivated workforce.
• Implement and maintain 5S in workplace alongside safety requirements.
• Maintain Warehouse Management System, including inventory accuracy and material allocation.
• Report employee issues to Reporting Manager and HR.
• Report daily inventory cycle counts and daily warehousing picking.
• Drive goals to rest of the team members.
• Maintain and develop processes to improve operating results.
• Collaborate with other department supervisors for daily support if needed.
• Oversee hiring process for openings within the department and interview, select, and process hiring paperwork.

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will supervise a team and keep policies, strategic objectives, and organizational goals as a high priority within that team. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within a warehouse environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team and keeps policies, strategic objectives, and organizational goals as a high priority within that team.
• Provide on job training to Warehouse and Inventory control Associates to achieve maximum potential and retain a motivated workforce.
• Implement and maintain 5S in workplace alongside safety requirements.
• Maintain Warehouse Management System, Including inventory accuracy and material allocation.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must have basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read tape measure, work instructions, and other documents.
• Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs; must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
