Job summary

FII USA, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks an Inventory Controller to assure inventory accuracy and compliance within a production/warehouse environment. You will monitor transactions, support audits, and maintain controls across the Warehouse Department.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory analysis, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. This is a full-time position based in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/supply chain or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years in inventory analysis, control, auditing, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile inventory balances between WMS, ERP, and financial records.
  • Execute inventory control procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate physical and cycle counts and audits across locations.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for transactions.
  • Analyze inventory trends, aging, and stock movement for risks.
  • Support reserve calculations for slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
  • Monitor adjustments, scrap transactions, and dispositions for accuracy.
  • Develop inventory reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Warehouse teams.

Inventory Controller

Description

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Inventory Controller to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain compliance with internal controls across warehouse operations. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Warehouse Department in a production/warehouse environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The Inventory Controller will monitor inventory transactions, execute compliance controls, and support audit activities while assisting this Warehouse Department as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile inventory balances between warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and financial records
  • Execute inventory control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and internal control requirements
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits across warehouse locations
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation for inventory transactions and control activities
  • Analyze inventory trends, aging reports, and stock movement to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Support inventory reserve calculations for slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory
  • Monitor inventory adjustments, scrap transactions, and material dispositions to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and maintain inventory-related reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy and process alignment
  • Review inventory processes and recommend improvements to strengthen controls and operational efficiency
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests related to inventory and warehouse operationsStandardize and maintain inventory procedures and work instructions to support compliance and consistency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory analysis, inventory control, auditing, accounting, or supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and internal controls
  • Experience working with ERP and warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience supporting inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical inventories preferred
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, or audit processes preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across operations, finance, and warehouse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work in a production/warehouse environment and lift up to 25 pounds
