Medline Industries, LP in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations of a fast-paced distribution center, ensuring safe receiving, storage and shipping of supplies. Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years warehouse experience; basic operational skills.

• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.

• Audit goods received into warehouse.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure all routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately.
• Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lead day-to-day activities of employees.
• Provide input into hiring, firing and performance reviews.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues.

Job Summary

Lead the daily operations of a fast-paced distribution center, ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and efficiently in support of healthcare providers and patients nationwide. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will direct and develop a team of warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for overseeing daily workflows, monitoring operational performance, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring the proper maintenance and protection of equipment. Job Description Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of employees.
• Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and provides technical guidance on more complex issues.
• Provide input into hiring, firing and performance reviews.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree a plus.

Relevant Work Experience

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• - At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.

Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods of time.

Salary

The anticipated salary range for this position: $67,000.00 - $101,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
