POSITION SUMMARY: Manages all processes and transactions regarding inventory and receiving raw materials and packaging. Works with warehouse team to manage capacity, inventory levels, warehousing, receiving, and related processes. Develops and manages inventory management programs and coordinates with plant operations to manage inventory and raw material receiving. This position is for Day Shift. Monday through Friday with weekends as needed based on customer demand.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Provide leadership and manage the day-to-day activities for warehouse associates.
- Follow and maintain compliance with safety rules and regulations. Perform safety meetings and safety behavioral audits.
- Conduct daily team meetings. So, the team understands work tasks, expectations, and deliverables along with, creating engagement and building a team environment.
- Responsible for all inventory transaction processes by using JDE software.
- Responsible for Scheduling Inbound/Outbound full truckloads with freight brokers and carriers. Completing shipping transactions in Transportation Management System.
- Accountable for all inventory controls, quality issues, and system issues related to inventory received and stored.
- Assist with receiving and unloading bulk tanker trucks.
- Collaborates with operations team to set inventory targets, monitor levels, and adjustments to optimize stock.
- Manages the review and analysis of schedules, production, and finished goods within the warehouse to establish inventory requirements to meet quality and customer requirements.
- Manage inventory process and programs (which includes cycle counts and aged inventory identification) and records adjustments.
- Analysis operational reports to assist with scheduling customer shipments.
- This is a very hands-on position, and you will be responsible for driving a forklift to unload and load trucks. Along with assisting the warehouse team on pulling orders for shipment.
- Required to Participate in the Hazardous Waste Program
- Required annual training on Hazardous Waste and RCRA
- Required to sign hazardous waste manifests.
- Required to move and load containers in vehicles for shipment off-site.
- Required to perform weekly hazardous waste inspections.

- Ability to develop and implement warehousing processes to make the process more efficient and effective.
- Understanding of operational and manufacturing principles and practices.
- Analyzing and preparing inventory reports.
- Working with other departments or groups in a team environment.
- PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
