100% on-site position - MONDAY - FRIDAY 5AM - 2PM

Summary
Under the responsibility of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating and overseeing the warehouse operations and providing coaching, development, and training to the staff members. The successful candidate must be able to provide recommendations for improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes. They will be accountable that the staff is performing to standard and has to ensure that progress is made to achieve the business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

1. Manage and continuously review bin locations with an analyst.
2. Timely and effective communication of stock out and bin location issues.
3. Check and authorize cycle counts with warehouse team.
4. Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
5. Train associates on any/all systems used for completion of assignments.
6. Accountable for site Key Performance Indication (KPI)
7. Communicate with each department manager of anything relating to their area that is affecting the warehouse.
8. Continuously review and adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements.
9. Attend and actively participate in scheduled meetings.
10. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents etc.
11. Ensure effective and safe use of the warehouse equipment.
12. Participate in monthly review of product allocation and discontinuation.
13. Complete and maintain a 5s warehouse.

Education and/or Experience

• Requires 2-3 years of related experience; or an associate degree and 5 years of progressively responsible related experience or a combination of both.
• High level of computer literacy, to include Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with others
• Ability to complete purchase orders, schedules and assigned reports.
