As a Warehouse Supervisor I, you’ll play a critical leadership role in ensuring that our fulfillment operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Reporting to the Fulfillment Center Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of associates and executing day-to-day operations across inventory management, order fulfillment, quality control, and team training.
You’ll be on the ground floor of a fast-growing company, directly contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences and expanding access to literacy around the world. Your work will help drive revenue growth by ensuring timely processing, effective communication, and a high-performance team culture.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 annually.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations
- Minimum of 2 + years supervising or leading a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods as needed

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support fulfillment center associates in daily tasks including receiving, inventory management, order picking/packing, and shipping
- Assign daily workloads and staffing to ensure operational efficiency and task completion
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance audits to uphold quality and productivity standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide regular reports, data analysis, and operational insights
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct routine safety audits and inspections
- Troubleshoot issues related to POS systems, fulfillment workflows, and inventory accuracy
- Foster a team culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Lead process improvement initiatives and help identify operational bottlenecks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
