Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or a similar operation.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, productivity, and performance expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using a dolly or drag hook.
• Must pass required physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

E.A. Sween is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Lewisville, TX. You will lead daily warehouse operations while managing staffing, productivity, food safety, employee performance, and team development.

• Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
• Must pass required physical examination, drug screen, and background check
