Job summary

Hit Promotional Products Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Largo, FL. You will lead a fast-paced team, optimize warehouse operations, and drive performance across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

You’ll use ERP and WMS systems to gain insights, maintain inventory accuracy, and support budgeting and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring OSHA and company safety standards are met. Leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred (25+ employees).
• Proficiency with MS Office, ERP, and WMS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to step in and support hands-on warehouse tasks.
