Job summary

Lineage Logistics Services in La Porte, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–12:30 AM) in a fast-paced cold storage facility. You will coach and develop a 2nd shift team, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and partner with Operations leadership to meet service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, managing incoming/outgoing shipments, inventory, and reports; coordinating schedules; and ensuring compliance with Lineage policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Job description

We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 2nd Shift team in a fast-paced, growing cold storage environment. You'll have the opportunity to coach and develop employees, improve operational performance, and help drive the continued success of a top-performing facility.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:30 AM , with overtime as needed. Join a supportive leadership team and take the next step in your operations career.

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.
