Job summary

Lineage seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, drive operational excellence, and contribute to a rapidly growing operation. The role focuses on coaching staff, ensuring safety, and meeting service standards in a fast-paced environment.

First Shift: Monday through Friday, 8a-5p with rotating Saturday coverage. You will work with Operations leadership to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets and support continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable in cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) and hot/dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties to direct reports to ensure productivity.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing.
• Investigate accidents per company procedures when needed.

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products
• May need to ensure accidents are investigated according to the company’s accident investigation procedures

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with machinery and material handling equipment
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
• Perform assigned projects as instructed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• 2 years warehouse supervisory experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Strong conflict management skills
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
