Who we are looking for

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the strategy and execution of warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material handling, timely shipping/receiving, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized facility. Key areas of responsibility include setting relevant operational goals and expectations for the team, ensuring team member training is current and adequate, and supporting daily operations related to shipping, receiving, and material movement within the facility.

What you'll get to do

• Understanding Tekna requirements for the identification of materials
• Ensure the location and identification of materials are accurate and complete
• Partner closely with Quality and Materials to facilitate the timely processing of non-conforming parts
• Provide shipping, receiving material movement support as needed
• Monitor and facilitate activities related to product returns
• Effective leadership of the team, including problem identification and resolution

What you bring to the team

• Proficiency with software programs, including Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and INFOR
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on customer expectations and impact to the business.
