Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL. You will plan daily manpower needs, lead shift meetings, assign duties, and ensure safety, productivity, and reliability across operations.

The role requires 3–5+ years of warehouse experience with leadership exposure, or 5+ years with more leadership responsibility. A Bachelor's may be preferred for advancement.

Formación

• Associate's Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met.
• Manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP's).
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
