Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan daily manpower, lead shift meetings, and assign duties while ensuring safety and productivity. You will oversee workflows and train staff to follow SOPs, maintaining productivity metrics and equipment statistics.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. Background in warehouse operations and leadership is required.

Competenze

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
