Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) in Irving, TX. You will pull, package, and stage auto parts orders, receive shipments, and help keep our supply chain running smoothly.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse. Training for equipment will be provided, with multiple shifts and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for joining the team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Forklift or PIT equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated areas.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers and related equipment (training provided).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate with team.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus just for joining the team! Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
