This Warehouse Supervisor Position Is counting on you to:

Work at the Distribution Center

Have open / flexible availability and be able to work mornings, afternoons & evenings on weekdays and weekends

Work a full-time schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides excellent service to internal and external customers in receiving, processing and distributing merchandise and supplies to stores
2. Supervises day-to-day activities of subordinates
3. Assists management in covering and running shifts
4. Assists with scheduling to ensure that all shifts are covered
5. Complies with delivery schedules; accurately, timely, and efficiently processes deliveries
6. Utilizes computer to manage accurate inventory for warehouse operations
7. Assists in the transportation of orders and returns between the warehouse and stores (where applicable)
8. Identifies damaged and expired products
9. Implements product rotation based on product code dates in warehouse and concepts
10. Follows all security and safety procedures established by the Company and Branch
11. Assists in all maintenance responsibilities and activities established by the warehouse
12. Maintains fixtures and equipment storage
13. Assists with bin location upkeep and the physical inventory process
14. Assists with ticketing according to branch standards for accuracy and timeliness
15. Reviews in-coming orders and advises Merchandise and/or Warehouse Manager of errors and questions and assists in resolutions when appropriate
16. Ensures that information from related ordering and receiving forms are processed according to company standards and are correctly entered into the Retail Management System
17. Updates information in the RMS as needed and produces appropriate reports
18. Stocks, dates, rotates, and checks temperature of product
19. Assumes responsibility for effective communication, coordination, and working relationships between associates and management

Required Qualifications:

1. One year supervisor experience required. Warehouse supervisor experience preferred.
2. Previous experience with Inventory Management
3. Receiving, storing, delivering inventory experience required.
4. Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer system required.
5. SAP experience preferred
6. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
7. Good organizational and time management skills
8. Ability to lift heavy objects
9. Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with subordinates
10. Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
11. Requires the ability to drive a truck safely
12. The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
13. Strong leadership skills; ability to delegate and coach others
14. Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases
15. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
