Job description

Direct activities related to in routing and tracking transportation of household goods, freight and commodities.

  • Plan, organize, and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
  • Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.
  • Implement schedule and policy changes
  • Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals and objectives.
  • Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules and government regulations.
  • Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings and meeting with individual staff members.
  • Perform warehouse work related to receive, shipment, storage, distribution, or delivery of products, parts, and materials.
  • Assembling, addressing, stamping, packing, unpacking and arranging for the transportation of products.
  • Load, unload, move, or store items according to delivery or routing documents (i.e. manifest, bill of ladings) or management instructions.
  • Operate a hand truck, forklift, and other heavy equipment.
PAY: $50,000

  • Written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
