Description

Meyer Distributing is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor 2nd Shift to join our Hermiston, OR team! Meyer Distributing is a complete wholesale distributor: automotive, RV/towing, outdoor living, marine, and more. With 85+ locations across the country, Meyer services dealers nationwide. Responsibilities

• Manage all operational duties within the warehouse on 2nd shift, including picking, dispersing of products, and load-out of trucks.
• Coordinate and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse and ensure a safe work environment.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with driving duties as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervisory and operational experience required.
• Prior automotive parts knowledge is a plus.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license required.
• Box truck driving experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to proactively address issues and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and drive a box truck within three months.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of WMS software.

Schedule

Sunday through Thursday, 10 am to 8 pm
