Keefe Commissary Network is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Center Manager to oversee all aspects of onsite commissary operations. You will lead staff across shifts, manage inventory and ensure compliance with procedures.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires forklift certification, a high school diploma, and supervisory experience. This onsite position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or 3–6 months related experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Warehouse managerial or management experience is preferred.
• Supervisory skills are required.
• Familiarity with inventory management is essential.
• Familiarity with computers (Microsoft Office) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Distribution Center/Warehouse operations for commissary services onsite.
• Direct and schedule full-time/part-time managers, staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
• Oversee on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking, and order processing.
• Ensure adherence to all warehouse rules, regulations and procedures.
• Perform weekly audits of high-security items and maintain attendance records.
• Process weekly time sheets and payroll documentation; maintain staff files.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace; handle additional duties as needed.

About This Position

Manage all aspects of Distribution Center/Warehouse operations in providing commissary operations and services to assigned locations.

You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Help manage, scheduling and disciplining Full-Time and Part-Time managers/supervisors, stockers, shipping staff, drivers and commissary staff for KCN locations as assigned.
• Manage and accountable for assigned aspects of on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking product and processing orders.
• Ensure all employees know and follow all rules, regulations and procedures of the warehouse.
• Perform and report weekly audit of high security items.
• Process and manage the submission of weekly time sheets for submission to payroll and maintain attendance calendars and employee files for staff.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift Certification.
• Warehouse managerial or management experience.
• Requires supervisory skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs).
