Job summary

Keefe Commissary Network, LLC is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations onsite in Virginia and report to the Operations Manager. You will lead managers, staff and drivers, ensuring efficient inventory control and process compliance.

The role emphasizes supervising teams, maintaining security, auditing items, and coordinating payroll-related timekeeping while upholding a clean and safe work environment at the KCN locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification.
• Warehouse managerial or management experience; supervisory skills required.
• Familiarity with inventory management and with computers (including Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Help manage, scheduling and disciplining Full-Time and Part-Time managers/supervisors, stockers, shipping staff, drivers and commissary staff for KCN locations as assigned.
• Manage and accountable for assigned aspects of on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking product and processing orders.
• Ensure all employees know and follow all rules, regulations and procedures of the warehouse.
• Perform and report weekly audit of high security items.
• Process and manage the submission of weekly time sheets for submission to payroll and maintain attendance calendars and employee files for staff.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

About This Position
