Job summary

Keefe Commissary Network is seeking a dedicated Distribution Center/Warehouse operations leader for on-site work. You will manage staff, oversee inventory control, and ensure compliance with all warehouse procedures.

You will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to a safe, efficient workplace. The role emphasizes supervision, scheduling, and accurate processing of orders, with a focus on maintaining stock integrity and timely payroll submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or equivalent and 18+ years old.
• One year certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related experience.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and discipline of full-time/part-time managers, staff and drivers.
• Oversee on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking, and processing orders.
• Ensure all warehouse rules, regulations, and procedures are followed by staff.
• Perform and report weekly audits of high security items.
• Process weekly time sheets for payroll and maintain attendance records.

About This Position

Manage all aspects of Distribution Center/Warehouse operations in providing commissary operations and services to assigned locations.

You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Help manage, scheduling and disciplining Full-Time and Part-Time managers/supervisors, stockers, shipping staff, drivers and commissary staff for KCN locations as assigned.
• Manage and accountable for assigned aspects of on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking product and processing orders.
• Ensure all employees know and follow all rules, regulations and procedures of the warehouse.
• Perform and report weekly audit of high security items.
• Process and manage the submission of weekly time sheets for submission to payroll and maintain attendance calendars and employee files for staff.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift Certification.
• Warehouse managerial or management experience.
• Requires supervisory skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs).
