Job summary
iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-volume distribution operation in Fort Wayne, IN. You will motivate a team, manage receiving, inventory, fulfillment and shipping, and drive performance using WMS data and KPIs.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of leadership in warehouse/distribution, strong coaching and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of warehouse automation is a plus.
