Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Supervisor for the DCU Center in Worcester, MA. You will direct the distribution support function before, during, and after events, ensuring coverage and timely delivery to stands.

Responsibilities include inventory management, equipment maintenance, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards. You will supervise warehouse staff and coordinate with the warehouse manager to maintain asset security and orderliness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders, store properly, and complete administrative paperwork.
• Compile warehouse schedule ensuring events and deliveries have coverage.
• Deliver products from warehouse to stands promptly.
• Oversee picking of products to fill transfers and verify accuracy.
• Perform minor repairs or adjustments on equipment.
• Assist with monthly inventory and report repairs.
• Ensure security of all assets and rotate inventory FIFO.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety standards for food and equipment.
• Supervise warehouse staff.

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Warehouse Supervisor at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts 01608. This is a part time, event related position. No set schedule or hours.POSITION SUMMARY:Work and direct the distribution support function prior to, during, and following an event.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive orders, store in proper place, and complete administrative paperwork in accordance with company standards, policies and proceduresCompile warehouse schedule ensuring all events and deliveries have proper coverageDeliver product from warehouse to stand in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with company service standardsOversees the pulling of product to fill transfers and verifies accuracyPerforms as needed, minor repairs or adjustments on machines using hand tools to correct malfunctionsWork with warehouse manager to complete a monthly inventoryReports any equipment repairsAssure security of all company assetsComplete spot checks on inventoryInform manager of all products that are running low and needs to be re-orderedReceives, maintains and stores product inventory in a sanitary and orderly fashion (rotate product inventory FIFO standards)Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipmentAbility to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company standardEnsures proper and timely set up and clean-up of all concession areasMust meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage serversSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:Supervise warehouse staff.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
