Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Fargo, ND is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations across shipping, receiving, selection, loading and storage. You will assign tasks, monitor performance, ensure accuracy, safety, and top-notch customer service while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include leading training, scheduling staff, maintaining KPI reporting, managing staffing and labor compliance, and ensuring a safe, clean, well-maintained warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory or lead experience is required.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in MS Office and WMS; knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance.

Supervise daily warehouse operations within areas such as shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage. Assign tasks, ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain KPI reporting. Oversee safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and work environment cleanliness. Lead and train associates, coordinate schedules, and facilitate communication through pre-shift meetings. Manage department staffing, performance, training, and development, supporting labor compliance as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or GED; three years of warehouse distribution experience preferred; one year of supervisory or lead experience required. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours, and proficient in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems. Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance essential.

Physical & Other Requirements:

Frequent sitting, walking, standing, and handling objects; ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance. Must work in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels, exposure to temperature changes, and be able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
