Job summary

Icon Consultants seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead Quality & Operations in a high-volume distribution setting. You will direct warehouse associates, oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive team performance from the floor.

The role is contract-to-hire, onsite in Bernville, PA with a 40+ hour week and two shifts (1st and Day). Strong leadership and Excel skills are required; bilingual a plus.

Contract Duration: 12 - 18 months

Employment Type: W2 not open to C2C, 1099, or work visa sponsorship

Pay Rate: $24.00/hr. - $27.00/hr.

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Supervisors to support Quality and Operations teams within a high-volume distribution environment. These contract-to-hire leadership positions will be responsible for directing warehouse associates, overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and driving team performance. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead from the floor rather than simply oversee from the sidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedules and mandatory overtime
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Experience working in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Quality or Operations leadership experience
• Distribution, fulfillment, or logistics industry background
