Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in El Paso, TX to supervise, coordinate, train, and develop teams handling receiving, warehousing, order filling, packing, and shipping of Schneider Electric products.

The role supports 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) with occasional weekends. Candidates should have 2+ years supervising staff, 3+ years in manufacturing or supply chain, and familiarity with ERP/SAP. Base pay range USD 86,400–129,600.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field highly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 2+ years minimum experience directly supervising employees (e.g. performance appraisals, discipline, onboarding new talent, achieving department goals)
  • 3+ year experience in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain role.
  • Prior knowledge/experience with receiving, shipping and warehousing processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate with empathy in a straightforward manner.
  • Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and diverse environment.
  • Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge and application preferred
  • Experience with ERP, SAP a plus

  • Monitor and interpret logistics performance, cost, quality to evaluate efficiency, and continuously improve.
  • Identify, drive, and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the group.
  • Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, and continuous learning, etc.
  • Act as subject matter expert for material provisioning and handling strategies in support of all warehouse processes.

Job description

The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for supervising, coordinating, training, and developing one or more groups that are engaged in receipt, warehousing, order filling, packing, shipping, or processing of Schneider Electric products. Supervises, organizes, and assigns work to ensure it is completed in accordance with internally established procedures, good management practices, safety, and quality.

This position support our 2nd shift: Mon-Fri: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, some weekend work as needed

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
