Your Role

Are you known for leadership? Passionate about logistics coordination? Interested in night shifts? This role oversees warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations.

What You Will Do

1. Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
2. Plan daily work schedules based on work orders and customer instructions.
3. Assess priorities considering time sensitivity and resources.
4. Assign duties to warehouse staff.
5. Train new staff or delegate training to specialists.
6. Assign supervisory tasks to experienced staff acting as leads.
7. Monitor progress on issues and communicate with the operations manager daily.
8. Hold regular team meetings.
9. Supervise all departmental activities responsibly.
10. Conduct annual performance reviews and address performance issues promptly.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED, four years related experience, supervisory experience, valid driver’s license, forklift certification, ability to operate forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience, three years industry experience.

Skills include analyzing business documents, effective communication, PC literacy, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Must be fluent in English.
