The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all daily activities in the warehouse and work where needed to meet daily demands. The supervisor must be capable of managing a crew performing multiple functions across various warehouse areas. Presence is required to administer disciplinary actions promptly, fairly, and consistently, in accordance with company policy. The supervisor must enforce company policies and procedures set by management and maintain a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities :

• Coach and assign workloads to warehouse associates
• Assist in leading inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order processing
• Communicate professionally with the corporate office and customers via email or phone
• Issue performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
• Oversee cycle counts and inventory adjustments
• Generate and analyze reports to maintain inventory integrity
• Coordinate and oversee annual physical inventories
• Maintain accurate attendance records and foster a productive environment
• Promote a culture built on safety, accuracy, and productivity

Requirements :

• High school diploma
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong computer, data entry, and Excel skills
• Good communication skills
• Good judgment and quick reaction in emergencies
• Ability to operate a forklift when needed
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks
• Proficiency in reading (English) and math
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to work hours including standing on concrete surfaces for extended periods
• Work in varying temperatures from summer heat to winter cold
• Push, pull, and lift cartons weighing up to specified weights throughout the day, with or without accommodations
• Climb stairs multiple times daily
