Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified Warehouse Lead to direct all operational disciplines in our Dallas facility. You will lead a team, schedule personnel for product selection and receiving, and ensure smooth shipping, receiving and inventory control.

Responsibilities also include maintaining safety programs, overseeing equipment upkeep, and recruiting, training, and developing warehouse staff to meet demand and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in transportation and logistics management.
• High School Diploma required.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership experience (Recruitment, Selection, Training & Development).
• Strategic Planning Skills
• Advanced competency in business administration.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
