Job summary

SEKO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Cranbury, NJ to oversee unloading, staging, and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety.

You will manage inventory with a WMS (3PL Central), enforce OSHA standards, and coordinate with drivers. Requires 3 years in warehousing, 1 year in supervision, and excellent communication.

The base salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,100 per year, with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Three years’ experience in a warehouse environment, one year in a supervisory role.
• Experience with freight forwarding, routing, and scheduling of trucks.
• Experience with shipping, receiving and inventory control.

Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.Conduct operations in accordance with OSHA an MSDS standards and Risk Management policies and procedures.Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.Assure the integrity of the inventory and assist in conducting physical inventories.Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures.
