SERVPRO Corpus Christi East - 11323 is seeking a dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse staff, inventory, equipment, and daily operations for restoration projects. The role ensures tools, vehicles, trailers, and materials are organized, maintained, and ready for use on site.

You will supervise warehouse personnel, maintain an organized facility, track inventory, and coordinate logistics for project materials. A strong focus on safety, record-keeping, and readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of warehouse, inventory, construction, restoration, or related experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, clean, secure, and safe warehouse and yard.
• Track inventory and oversee checkout/return of tools and equipment.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, inspected, maintained, and ready for use.
• Coordinate staging, loading, delivery, and pickup of project materials and equipment.
• Monitor supply levels and submit repair, replacement, and restocking requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory, vehicle, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Support occasional after-hours and emergency response needs.
