Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations at our Ohio facility. You will supervise shipping, receiving, and storage activities, ensure productivity and accuracy, and train associates as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to work with multiple management levels while maintaining safety and quality standards. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferably three years of warehouse distribution experience and at least one year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task, follow through, and work with all management levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Leadership and training abilities, with flexibility to work varied hours.

• Schedule and direct work for associates, monitor KPIs, and control labor and supply costs.

• Conduct pre-shift meetings, communicate operational updates, and manage staffing, training, and performance development.
• Assist with labor agreement administration and other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Must frequently sit, walk, stand, lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and operate in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels. Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
