Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to drive operational success in assigned areas by optimizing labor, processes, and inventory accuracy.

You will lead teams, train staff, manage timecards, and maintain high service levels while promoting SOPs and coordinating with the Operations Team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in the industry with warehouse experience, and strong leadership in a logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of core education and related professional experience.
• 3+ years of industry work experience; two years of specific warehouse experience with proven results; supply chain experience required.
• Advanced service, production, or supervisory role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard work required within the function.
• Personnel management and supervisory experience required.
• Prior experience of Domestic and International services within the logistics industry
• Experience leveraging technology to perform daily tasks, including strong familiarity with MS Office applications (in particular Exchange, Word & Excel), web navigation & basic hardware.
• Prior use with PO system, enterprise sourcing and/or inventory oversight for multiple locations.
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drives teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Trains staff and monitors their performance, progress, and service levels.
• Responsible for administrative duties such as timecard management and submittal, productivity entries, etc.
• Hiring, onboarding, daily management, performance management, promotion/demotion, coaching and discipline processes for assigned employees up to termination.
• Identifies key team members for cross-training and builds bench for future opportunities.
• Promotes SOPs and ensures processes are followed with high attention to detail.
• Assists Operations by investigating and resolving customer concerns and general inquiries.
• Oversees customer inventories, monitors orders and shipments.
• Ensures quality, delivery and budget objectives are met or exceeded.
• Provides recommendations for warehouse operations improvements focusing on workflow, personnel, space, equipment and layout.
• Produces regular reports and statistics daily, weekly and monthly as directed.
• Completes other duties as assigned by Operations Team.

## Description**Reports To:** Warehouse Manager**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the operational success of assigned area and/or customer. This is achieved by driving efficient use of labor and following internal processes. This role is focused on providing our customers an exemplary level of service by driving inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, task-prioritization, and staff leadership.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Drives teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met.* Trains staff and monitors their performance, progress, and service levels.* Responsible for general administrative duties such as providing timely responses to inquiries, timecard management and submittal, entering productivity, etc.* Responsible for hiring, onboarding, daily management, performance management, promotion/demotion, coaching and discipline processes for assigned employees up to and including termination.* Identifies key team members that can be cross-trained for promotion opportunities. The employee is frequently required to use hands to type, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. While infrequent, employee may need to visit warehouse locations in which employee may need to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, drive (vehicle), stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
