Position Overview

The position is responsible for supervising all assigned warehouse departments in such a manner that material flow is processed efficiently and accurately while meeting defined productivity and cost objectives. The person in this position is also responsible for ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand. The employee must constantly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime work is required. It is essential that the Warehouse Supervisor spend 95% of his/her time in the warehouse performing their duties.
Required Education and Experience
GED or High School Diploma
Qualifications/ Skills2
Basic ability to read, write and understand English
Solid ability to follow verbal and written directions
Basic math skills including fractions
Basic understanding of computers
Ability to work in a team environment
