Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and cooler operations, including load-out, production support, inbound shipments, trailer inventories, sanitation schedules, and order accuracy.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop warehouse and cooler employees while supporting performance management, onboarding, employee engagement, and timekeeping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through FIFO practices, cycle counts, ERP adjustments, lot code tracking, WIP audits, vendor returns, and obsolete inventory management.
• Coordinate packaging materials, ingredients, fruit, corrugate, recyclable material pickups, inbound appointments, and external warehouse deliveries.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, forklift procedures, food safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, quality, cost reduction, and reliable facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
• Location: Buffalo, NY 14225.
• Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Must have open shift availability and be available to work weekends and holidays.
