Job summary

NFI in Henderson, NV is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities under the Operations Supervisor. You will direct work assignments, oversee receiving, put-away, picking, and loading, and ensure safety and process compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience in fast-paced warehouses, proficiency with a Warehouse Management System, and strong attention to detail. Base pay is $21.00/hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Computer applications using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.

• MHE experience or desire to learn MHE.
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and suggest new ideas to improve processes to supervisor.
• Communicate professionally to internal and external partners.
• Communicate problems and ideas to management; assist in finding solutions to problem areas.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment.
• Train new and current employees on operational SOPs and WIs.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and orderly; organize and rotate inventory, maintain product labels, sweep warehouse, and assist in staging orders for delivery.
• Ensure product is stored safely and in the proper place.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
• Additional duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager.

Overview

The Warehouse Operations Lead has general responsibility to assist in coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for directing work assignments in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $21.00/HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
